Further information

The INmind Forest is a pristine and isolated area dedicated to INmind activities at Canyon Park.

A 10 minute walk along a ancient pathway brings you to the middle of a forest of plane, poplar and linden trees - an area which also features a picturesque body of water fed from the Lima river - where the activities take place.

A raised wooden platform hosts 90 minute yoga sessions taught by a qualified instructor. The platform is totally immersed in the greenery of the forest, with a beach a few metres away where Sup-Yoga (Stand Up Paddleboard) sessions take place on the water.

You may also visit the INmind Forest without taking part in the activities, or bring someone with you, as long as you fully respect the environment where activities are taking place. Dogs must be kept on a lead (only in this area).
